​"In the Kitchen, Flavors of April: Spring Vegetable Salad, Roasted Rack of Lamb and Pommes Anna. Looking for tips on cooking a perfect springtime meal? This class will teach guests how to prepare a delectable rack of lamb, a fresh seasonal salad, and the impressive French side dish, Pommes Anna. This is a perfect meal to add to your repertoire, for making for a romantic dinner or gathering of friends or family."

​"Witness the seasonal ritual of the Earth’s oldest living fossil, the Horseshoe crab. Prior to a walk around the shoreline (pack a flashlight), Naturalist Teddy will conduct a slideshow presentation on Horseshoe crabs and their fascinating mating rituals. Finish the night with a viewing the total lunar eclipse at 10:30pm."
